Web Designer gets new website

The premier publication for the discerning online designer, now offers its readers a fantastic range of inspiration and resources via www.webdesignermag.co.uk

Launched today, the new unique Web Designer website allows intermediate and professional web designers alike access to the techniques and trends needed to remain at the very cutting-edge of the industry. The HTML-based site provides exciting web-only content, including links to hand-picked examples of contemporary web design, agency profiles and interviews with leading lights from the scene. There’s also the ability to download the guides and projects on Flash, Dreamweaver and Photoshop that make the print version such a respected source of information within the business.

Editor Mark Billen said: “It’s a pleasure to be able to announce a site that reflects the message of Web Designer. The magazine represents all that is inspirational and exciting about working with new media content and the website continues this culture, providing a unique mix of technical advice, experienced comment and real-world examples from the eclectic world of web design.”

Scott Caisley, Advertising Director, added “By offering this unique commercial platform, Web Designer is now in the enviable position of being able to offer our clients the complete advertising solution through our online and print portfolio, moving this product to the forefront of the marketplace.”

Web Designer continues to go from strength to strength following recent coups such as its Official Microsoft Expression Studio launch supplement, and recent Creative Careers special. This new website continues Imagine Publishing’s extensive digital development, which has seen £1.5 million invested in online.
