Advanced Photoshop covermounts pro reference guide with new issue

Advanced Photoshop presents premium package with free fold-out guide to retouching aimed at Photoshop professionals

Advanced Photoshop, the magazine for Adobe Photoshop professionals, is giving away an exclusive guide to retouching with issue 90.

This special fold-out resource, the first of the magazine’s exclusive Pro Skills guides, shares the top ten tips for professional-standard retouching, with step-by-step advice, expert tricks and information on the tools users need. This essential desktop reference folds down to a pocketable size, so that it can easily be transported when working on the move.

Editor of Advanced Photoshop, Julie Bassett, said: “Issue 90 of Advanced Photoshop is one of our most exciting editions to date. As well as the usual blend of cutting-edge techniques and workshops from some amazing digital artists, we have free gifts that raise the value of the magazine even further. We’re incredibly proud of the fold-out Pro Skills guide to retouching, which is a first for the title. We’re confident that this will become a staple for all Photoshop users who want to replicate professional effects.”

The issue also comes with a resource CD, which has over two hours of video tuition, focusing on the use of light and colour in digital paintings. This is accompanied by the project files needed to follow the video tutorial through from start to finish. The free disc also has a full copy of the 3D animation software iClone 4 Special Edition, which is worth £60.

Since its launch in 2005, Advanced Photoshop has established itself as a leading resource for high-end Photoshop users. Its blend of professional-level tutorials and tips from industry experts makes it suitable for students, freelancers or those with a career in digital imaging. It is the only title to offer retouching, typography, graphic design, new media and photomanipulation content at an advanced level in one place, making it a unique product amongst other Photoshop resources.
