High definition technology magazine partners with Twentieth Century Fox for six cover Blu-ray Bond split run.

To commemorate the arrival of James Bond on Blu-ray this month the UK’s best high-definition magazine, HD Review, is hitting newsstands with six different gold Bond covers to collect.
Sean Connery, Roger Moore and Pierce Brosnan all feature as the super spy on the cover of HD Review Issue 11 on sale 25 September. The not so secret agent will be coming to Blu-ray Disc on 20 October and the covers represent each of the initial six movies set for release – Dr No, From Russia with Love, Thunderball, Live and Let Die, For Your Eyes Only and Die Another Day.
Recently restored and remastered for the highest quality picture and sound via a state-of-the-art digital process Bond is finally ready to make his high definition debut looking and sounding better than ever. Turn past the cover and Bond fans will find an in-depth eight-page feature looking at every aspect of the franchise, including its home release history and the very latest details about the highly anticipated Blu-ray Discs. Bond is back in a big way and nowhere is that more evident than in Issue 11 of HD Review.
“With Casino Royale just announced as the UK’s bestselling Blu-ray to date, and Quantum Of Solace set for theatrical release at the end of October, now is the perfect time to revisit some of Bond’s previous adventures,” said HD Review Editor, Keith Hennessey. “It’s such a huge franchise and with the Bond back catalogue arriving on the format so early it really proves how quickly Blu-ray is establishing itself as the movie-enthusiasts format of choice.”
