Imagine’s X360 is now officially the
UK’s bestselling Xbox magazine
Market leading independent Xbox 360 magazine achieves its highest
ever ABC according to latest figures

As the Xbox 360 sells its ten millionth unit worldwide, Imagine’s flagship independent Xbox
360 magazine, X360 today secures overall market leadership with monthly average sales
of 28,006 in the UK, outselling its nearest rival Future’s Xbox World 360 by 4,804 copies

X360’s dominant position has been achieved through a focus on quality, a high value
promotional package, and the sheer passion and dedication of its editorial and design
team. The magazine is well respected in the Xbox community for its expertise in online
play and for securing the most important Xbox 360 exclusives.
Each issue of X360 comes with a DVD laced with game footage, in-depth development
work and laconic audio commentaries. The magazine is also complemented each issue
with an innovative series of ‘Noobs Guides’ – essential handbooks which allow gamers to
get the most out of their Xbox 360 and game collection.
Sales of X360 rose 28% over the previous period, and its latest audited sales give it an
independent market share of 38%, and with sister publication 360, Imagine Publishing has
an overall independent Xbox 360 market share of 53.8%. Imagine Publishing is once again
the clear number one independent Xbox 360 magazine publisher.
Advertising Director Scott Caisley said, “This latest ABC figure reconfirms the excellent
package that X360 offers to gamers and advertisers alike our growth in market share
proves that the publishers and readers are 100% behind this magazine.”
